Grálinn went through many iterations before we put down roots in Fethard on Sea. What began as a food truck evolved into pop up events, a rural supper club at Elmhurst Farm and a stint in MVP Dublin has now grown into something that feels truly our own. We opened our doors in June of 2020, after falling for the charm of our new seaside home. Each year we fall more and more for the calm, kind community that we found here.

Hospitality has been our career and passion for over a decade and building a team that works well together to create a warm and welcoming environment has been our biggest delight to date. We are always proud of our food and coffee and pour our heart and soul into them, but to feel welcome and wanted in a space takes a special bunch of people to convey. In November of 2024 we opened our third venture and second Grálinn location on the Quay in New Ross. Here we serve bakes provided by our sister site Lumi Bakery and Roasted Brown coffee and are working on bringing a more extensive savoury menu in the coming months. We’ll keep you posted!
